Supported living care plan
Our support plans are only created after we've come to know each individual and gained a thorough understanding of their history, current situation, and future goals. Before we provide care, we have in-depth conversations with the individual, their family, and any relevant care professionals to ensure that we have all of the necessary information and have taken the time to hear each person's views and wishes. Once a supported living care plan is in place, we review progress on a regular basis, recognising and celebrating every accomplishment and encouraging each person to set new goals to achieve even more.
The Service User's care plan will be designed with the goal of making a positive difference in their daily life, and whenever possible, they and their family and friends, as well as any professionals involved in their care, will be aware of the goals they are working towards.

Domiciliary Care
Archway Safe Links provides suitable accommodation and support to service users living in their own homes. We offer person centred support tailored to meet the needs of Service User's to live as independently as possible in their home and in the community.

Domiciliary care, in short, is for anyone who wants to remain independent within the comfort of their own home rather than move into residential care, but may need some extra help in order for that to happen.
If they have specific tasks that the Service User wants to do on their own, the support worker will always respect that. After all, that is the purpose of domiciliary care.
